1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, ordering services, or accessing any service on Hostarise (hostarise.cloud), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2 Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Hostarise servers may only be used for lawful purposes. All of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund:
- Hosting phishing websites, malware, ransomware, botnets, or brute-force tools.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or hosting open mail relays.
- Hosting copyrighted content without authorized license or distribution rights.
- Running cryptocurrency miners, stress-test tools, or launching denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
3 Billing, Invoicing & Renewals
Accounts are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis. Invoices are generated 7 days prior to the due date. Failure to pay by the invoice due date may result in automated suspension after a 3-day grace period.
4 Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee
We provide a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee on yearly hosting plans and a 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee on monthly plans. All domain registrations and renewals are strictly non-refundable. For complete details, see our Refund Policy.
5 Service Uptime SLA (99.9%)
Hostarise guarantees a 99.9% network and web server uptime across all hosting tiers. Scheduled maintenance announced in advance is excluded from downtime calculations.
