- Yearly Plans: Eligible for a full 100% refund if requested within 7 days (168 hours) from the initial purchase date.
- Monthly Plans: Eligible for a full 100% refund if requested within 3 days (72 hours) from the initial purchase date.
2 Domain Registrations (Non-Refundable)
All domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers (.com, .xyz, .net, .org, .com.bd, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.
When a domain is registered, Hostarise pays non-recoverable registry fees directly to global authorities (ICANN, Verisign, BTCL). You retain full ownership and DNS control of the domain name for the entire year even if your hosting plan is cancelled.
3 How to Submit a Refund Request
Requesting a refund is simple and fast:
- Log in to your Hostarise Client Portal at dash.hostarise.cloud.
- Go to Support → Open Ticket and select Billing Department.
- Submit your invoice number and service cancellation request.
- Alternatively, email us directly at support@hostarise.cloud.
4 Refund Processing & Turnaround
- MFS (bKash, Nagad, Rocket): Processed back to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
- Cards & Bank Transfers: Reversal processed within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
